The Client Portal is a link for established clients to access an encrypted, secure scheduling and record system.
If you are currently a patient at SOAR, you may access the Client Portal to request an appointment, access or change the intake documentation you shared, see a detailed listing of your invoices and payments, and access insurance reimbursement statements if you choose to file for out-of-network benefits. Your login information is the email address used after logging into the system for the first time.

If you are interested in becoming a patient at SOAR, please email SOAR’s administrative assistant (admin@SOARtogether.net) to check for openings. At some point prior to scheduling an intake appointment, we will set up a time for a brief phone screening to determine if you are an appropriate fit for the services offered. If it sounds like your needs are a good match for SOAR’s services, we will email you a link to the Client Portal, your access to our secure, encrypted electronic medical record system. Through the Client Portal, you will electronically sign informed consent and privacy practice documents and complete an intake form prior to your first visit.
